Director — Casey Summerfield

Casey Summerfield grew up in the Macedon Ranges and learned his trade as an apprentice under one of the district’s most respected builders, and he has spent his career building across the Ranges and central Victoria. He has been building for himself for fifteen years, and has held unlimited registration as a Victorian building practitioner for the last seven. Most of our work is in the Ranges, and we take on the right projects in the neighbouring shires of Hepburn, Mount Alexander and Mitchell. In small communities your work is your reputation. That is what guides everything the company does.

Summerfield Homes was built on three things: quality, honesty and individuality. Casey’s passion and obsession for building is anchored in the journey he takes with each client to make their home a reality — the same people from first conversation to handover, and a home shaped around each client.

Casey lives in the Macedon Ranges with his family. Away from the tools he’s involved in junior sport, and most of his spare time goes into his own rural property.
