A completed Summerfield Homes custom home in the Macedon Ranges

About

A Macedon Ranges builder, through and through.

Director — Casey Summerfield

Casey Summerfield grew up in Gisborne. He learned his trade as an apprentice under one of the district’s most respected builders, and he’s spent his career building across the Macedon Ranges. He lives in Bullengarook, and in a small town that matters — his work is his reputation, and everyone knows it.

Summerfield Homes was built on three things: quality, honesty and individuality. What that means in practice is a genuinely personal approach: the same people from first conversation to handover, and a home shaped around each client — not a standard plan.

Summerfield Homes isn’t a volume builder and doesn’t pretend to be. If you want another prefab off a plan, there are cheaper options. If you want a home designed and built around how you actually live — by locals who’ll still be around long after handover — that’s the whole point.

What we value

Quality

Built properly, finished to a standard you notice every day — not just on handover day.

Honesty

Straight answers, clear pricing, and no surprises. We tell you what’s possible and what it costs.

Individuality

No two homes — or clients — are the same. Every build is designed around you.

The team

The people who build it.

A home is only as good as the hands that build it. Casey works with a tight, trusted crew and a group of local trades who come back project after project.
