Privacy Policy

Summerfield Homes Pty Ltd (ABN 34 640 928 696) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website summerfieldhomes.com.au. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website or contact us.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you choose to provide — your name, email address, phone number, suburb or town, information about your project, and the content of your message.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, send a confirmation acknowledging it, and discuss your potential project with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted services to operate our website: an email delivery provider (for enquiry confirmations and notifications), Microsoft Azure (for hosting and processing form submissions), Cloudflare (for DNS and content delivery), and Google Analytics (to understand how visitors use the site). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Data retention

We retain enquiry submissions for the purpose of responding to you and for our business records. We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of anything inaccurate, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@summerfieldhomes.com.au.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use our website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies in your browser so that visits can be counted. We see this information only in aggregate; it does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising. Google may process it outside Australia.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
